  • Document parameters, indexed data, and other file information, along with a viewable image of the document are retained as part of the archived document record within the RightAnswer® service Document Archive Catalog
  • Externally created documents can also be archived
  • For imported documents, upon using the Check-in and Check-out integrated tracking processes, the application automatically updates the version number AND archives the previous version in the Archive Document Catalog
  • Records retention and archive parameters (e.g., number of years a document is to be retained) are determined as part of the initial document authoring or importing set-up and are logged and managed within the RightAnswer® service
  • Records retention management search, report, and print tools are provided within the Archive Document Catalog. Authorized users can retrieve documents (PDFs), as well as related data records directly from the Archive Document Catalog
  • Auto-email notifications are provided for tracking and monitoring archived documents against retention parameters
